1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by maxim8 ("Platform"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you access or use our Platform, whether as a visitor or a registered member.

By using the maxim8 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are considered part of this agreement.

If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you are required to cease using our Platform immediately. maxim8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use maxim8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Residing in a region where the use of online entertainment platforms is permitted.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never had an account banned or suspended from maxim8 previously.
• Register only one account only per individual — multiple accounts are not permitted.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

Maxim8 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to confirm a member's identity. Required documents may include a copy of your ID card, passport, utility bill, or other official documents confirming your identity and address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3User Account

Every maxim8 member bears full responsibility for all activities that occur under their account. This responsibility includes:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential at all times.
• Not sharing login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Ensuring that no one else uses your account without your permission.
• Notify maxim8 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

Maxim8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account login credentials. If you forget your password, use the password reset function provided on the platform or contact our customer support team.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communication between your device and maxim8 servers. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available, and we strongly encourage all members to enable it for an added layer of security.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Maxim8 supports a variety of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian members. All financial transactions are processed through encryption-protected channels and are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Players must have completed the KYC process before making their first withdrawal.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• All withdrawals are processed within an average of three minutes on business days.
• Maxim8 reserves the right to request additional verification for transactions exceeding a certain amount.

5Bonus & Promotions

Maxim8 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and rules stated in each offer. General conditions applicable to all maxim8 bonuses are as follows:

• The 200% welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only.
• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Maxim8 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus where abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Promotional offers are subject to a specified validity period and may be withdrawn without prior notice.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the maxim8 platform are developed and provided by internationally licensed software providers that have undergone independent audits to ensure fair play. The Random Number Generator (RNG) producing game outcomes has been verified and certified by accredited third-party testing bodies.

The general game rules at maxim8 are as follows:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, maxim8 will review server records to determine the valid outcome.
• Wagers placed during server outages or technical issues may be voided and funds returned.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, displayed before the game begins.
• Maxim8 reserves the right to void any game or bet suspected of involving fraud or software bug exploitation.

7Prohibited Conduct

To keep the maxim8 platform safe, fair, and enjoyable for all members, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or place wagers.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Sharing or selling your maxim8 account to another party.
• Abusing the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing customer support staff or other members.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the maxim8 platform.

8Account Closure

Maxim8 members may choose to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, all eligible balances (after meeting any applicable rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Maxim8 also reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

For self-exclusion requests due to responsible gaming, members can activate the temporary self-exclusion feature from account settings without needing to contact support. The self-exclusion period can be set from 24 hours up to 6 months.

9Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, maxim8 and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, third-party technical failures, or natural disasters.

• Any damage or data loss occurring outside the reasonable control of maxim8.

The maxim8 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly, but do not guarantee that the service will always be entirely free from interruptions or technical errors.

10Terms Amendment

Maxim8 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or their registered email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent amendment was made. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any newly amended terms, you have the right to stop using the Platform and request closure of your account. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard procedures.
